We are a casual café that has been restructured and we are looking for both a kitchen manger and dining room manger for our location at the beautiful Missouri Botanical Garden.  This is a 7 day a week lunch operation and is the only certified green café in the state of Missouri.  The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Supervises front and back of house staff on a daily basis
  • Maintains consistent high quality of food product
  • Ensures superior customer service
  • Enforces all inventory controls
  • Handles the ordering of inventory product
  • Contributes to controlling operating cost
  • Maintains an immaculately clean and organized facility
Qualifications

The prospective employee should have the following qualities:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Must have a flexible work schedule including weekends
  • 1 year minimum experience in restaurant managing
  • Need to have a professional, positive, upbeat personality
  • Should be well groomed
  • Required to be diligent and articulate handling yourself and responsibilities
