Description

Catering St Louis is reorganizing and now hiring for a hands on executive chef for it’s commissary kitchen. We are an upscale high volume catering company with contracts at some of the best locations in St Louis, such as the Missouri Botanical Garden, the Visitor Center in Forest Park, and the St Louis Artists’ Guild, among others. Candidate must be available to work weekends.

 

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Menu development

Scheduling

Forecasting

Training

Purchasing

Hand on production

Qualifications

5 years or more in kitchen operations

Some experience in high volume catering and/or banquets

A culinary education and/or bachelors degree is a plus.
