Description

Catering St Louis, an events and food management company, is seeking an individual to provide exceptional customer service in our call center.

 

Responsibilities:

•Manage multiple incoming phone lines with a pleasant voice and attitude

•Provide professional customer service via telephone, email, letter and fax

•Answer and complete calls in a timely and professional manner

•Provide detailed information to callers regarding multiple locations

•Promote special events and stimulate further interest to the caller

•Book reservations and follow through with confirmations

•Performs other administrative duties related to customer service operations

•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks

•Strong desire to help others

•Excellent interpersonal communication skills

•Excellent computer and keyboarding skills

•Ability to work a fluctuating hours on a weekly basis

•Enthusiastic attitude with a pleasant personality

Qualifications

Experience:

•Prefer three or more years of experience working in a fast paced customer service or administrative position

•Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages

•College graduate or course work preferred

 

Special Requirements:

•Must be available to work any day of the week. A rotating schedule requires some Saturday and Sunday availability. 

This is a full-time hourly position with fluctuating weekly hours.

 

Background screenings and drug testing will be required for all new hires.
