Mark, my wife, Debbi, and I were extremely impressed with our Rehearsal Dinner held at City Cottage on April 4, 2013. The entire experience was outstanding, from the taste testing, the organized preparations by Alaynne and Ben, and your service employees during the execution of the Cocktail Hour and Dinner. Alaynne was very thorough and handled every interaction with Debbi and I with competence and professionalism. Ben stepped in when Alaynne was on vacation and our plans did not miss a beat. Debbi and I were a little late arriving, but when we finally got to the event, it was in full swing, with music and cocktails and with the look that we desired. Alaynne even took a few pictures for us with our camera before we got there! Alaynne was very easy to work with and represents Catering St. Louis well! The food was perfect as well as all the wine pourings, and when we wanted to extend the time a little, your staff was very accommodating. I hope we have the opportunity to work with you again, but we will definitely recommend your company to our friends.

Sandy, I just can’t say it enough, everything was wonderful!! Could not have been more pleased, from the beginning with the booking of the facility, everyone was responsive and detail oriented. From the very beginning of our wedding plans, Catering St. Louis takes the prize for professionalism. They discussed every detail with us ahead of time, from the tasting to the table decor. Mark and Rhonda were the best, and there beginning to end. They showed us different venues, answered every email promptly, answered every question and made special accommodations for our requests. They were even present for the wedding itself, making sure that they personally saw to every last detail. My wedding was at the Artists' Guild, ceremony and all. It must have been a challenge for them to do an outdoor ceremony, accommodate the quartette’s temperature demands with heaters, run extension cords to the priest, bring us drinking during our portraits after the ceremony, and have extra vegetarian options available for those who changed their minds- but I didn't notice a single hiccup the entire day. I’m sure there were other surprises on the "Day-Of" but they never let me see it! Which was perfect!!! The steak and shrimp for dinner was 5 star quality, perfectly cooked with a warm pink center. Everyone was raving about the food and the flow of the evening, which I 100% attribute to the staff at Catering St. Louis. If you want a worry-free wedding, trust Mark and Rhonda to take care of everything. Even the things you won't think of ;)

The venue was classy and comfortable! So many of my guests said they felt like they were in someone's home. Very defined spaces with 2 screens for slide shows and audio system for an iPod hook up and microphone. Managed by Catering St. Louis, they made our event very easy since we traveled from another state. The menu was diverse and very tasty.

When my daughter decided to be married in St. Louis, I was very concerned about planning a wedding from Austin, Texas when I had only been to St. Louis once for a work conference and never left the hotel! Luckily we contacted Catering St. Louis and everything just fell into place. Catering St Louis is not only an exceptional caterer, with beautiful displays of delicious food, but their customer service goes above and beyond anything you could expect from a caterer. They are professional and detail driven, but also provide a warm and personal approach to your individual wedding plans. I found this to be true from my first contact with Leasa when making the initial arrangements, to planning the menu, visiting the venues and seeing to all the details with Rhonda, then working with Alaynne and Jennifer as the wedding coordinators. It did not seem to matter how many questions or special requests we had, they addressed them quickly and were very willing to work with us to make the evening exactly what we envisioned. During the months of planning my daughter's wedding I worked closely with Rhonda. I don’t think I could have planned this wedding without her. She has a way of listening and coming up with just the right advice about how to handle a situation which is so welcoming when you are feeling the stress of planning a wedding. The evening of my daughter's wedding was a night to remember, not only for the bride and groom, but for everyone that attended. The wedding at the Jewel Box went exactly as planned with Alaynne and Jennifer coordinating the decorations, guests and a large wedding party. Catering St. Louis suggested the Jewel Box and they were correct. I could not imagine a more beautiful place to have a wedding. After the ceremony, when we arrived at the Visitor’s Center and saw the beautiful draping, lighting and beautifully arranged buffet I felt like crying. It was so beautiful. The only thing more beautiful that evening was my daughter, the bride. Chef Chris had prepared a fabulous variety of food and our guests commented throughout the evening about how delicious it was. As I looked at the buffet, I felt as though I was offering a beautiful gift to our guests. Thank you Catering St. Louis for being so much more than just a catering company and thank you for providing a beautiful wedding for my daughter and her husband!

Oliva on the Hill was the most beautiful venue I could've asked for. The staff was helpful especially the wedding planner and wedding coordinator. All of the guests raved about the food. We had sandwiches, imported cheeses, beef satay, 3 kinds of sushi, pot-stickers, fruit display, and general tso's crispy chicken. Multiple people said it was the most classy wedding they have been to and really appreciated the variety of food.

The venue, Oliva on the Hill, is "simply elegant." It has a Tuscan theme and requires very little decoration since it has a beautiful decor and ambiance. The staff was amazing and all the guests comment on how good the food was and the service was even better. It rained on the day of our wedding, but stopped just long enough to have the ceremony outside :). The owner, Mark, was outside along with the staff blowing off the patio and setting up chairs, etc. He rolled up his sleeves and got dirty along with the rest. I would HIGHLY recommend the venue for a relatively small wedding. We had 75 or so guests and it was perfect!

Dear Mark and Carleen, thank you so much for, once again, hosting a fantastic celebration in support of St. Louis Effort for AIDS. Mike and I so appreciate your willingness to accommodate the crowd we gather together for this event. The word is out that The Boathouse is the place to be for Dining Out for Life! I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with Jason! He is really, really good at his job and clearly has the respect of the staff. He approached the night with enthusiasm, was patient with my usual "thousand" questions, and was open to suggestions and requests that I proposed. He made everything run smoothly. Ryan, Chris and Tirzah were efficient, courteous, and did an amazing job of keeping everything straight...surely not an easy feat. Our friends were very impressed with the service, and of course, the food. I always love the opportunity to work with Ron. He is lot of fun and is always on top of anticipating glitches and avoiding problems. Mike and I view the night as having been a huge success. The weather and the spirit of customers and staff couldn't be beat. The food and wine...divine. And the venue? Perfect! It was great news to hear you say we are invited back again! Done deal from our end. Thanks again for all you do to exceed expectations!

Dear Whittemore House Staff, thank you so much for the lovely Thanksgiving meal you hosted yesterday! From start to finish, everything was superb. The turkey was the best I have ever had. Jianxin's favorite was the macadamia nut pie. Despite the huge crowd, you kept our water and tea glasses filled and our dirty dishes were whisked away speedily. We enjoyed the entire experience. We host a women's event every year and this was by far our best received and attended event to date. Every single attorney and client I have spoken to has been saying nothing but great things about it.  Jessica was amazing to work with - incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. Thanks for helping us pull off a great event! All of our guests raved about the meal and the venue. Rhonda was very accommodating of all of our needs. She had our give-away items and signage set up in advance, helped locate a wheelchair for our guest who couldn't walk far, boxed up our leftovers and just took great care of us! The wait staff was also super nice!
